Being Little Miss Congeniality has been a great experience. To have the ability to help my community really means a lot. During my time as Little Miss Congeniality I was able to help with Grand openings of different businesses and my favorite of all was the Special Olympics, because I was able to pass out awards to the athletes, and seeing the joy in there faces brought tears to my eyes, because they had worked so hard. We some times take our life for granted and some people have things like a diseases or a handicap they have to deal with all the time. This helped me understand more what they have to deal with.
Also I enjoyed the Radio Disney Snow Days at the mall with all my Pageant sisters. I would definitely encourage others to join the SCV Scholarship program! You'll have so much fun while doing so much to help others in your community.
